Dataix is a forensic revenue integrity firm. We find money that health systems have already earned and cannot see. We are a small team doing work that has never been done before at this speed or this precision.
The work is genuinely hard. We reconcile three data streams — clinical delivery records, billing ledgers, and payer remittance files — at the individual account level across organizations that process tens of thousands of transactions per month. Every gap we find has a dollar value attached to it, a root cause traceable to a specific system failure, and a recovery action that someone at the client organization can execute. The work is precise, consequential, and the output is always a document that changes what a CFO or board can see.
The team is three founders with different backgrounds. One built revenue cycle systems from the inside of health systems. One spent years in forensic accounting and financial advisory. One focused on data infrastructure and analytical methodology. We started Dataix because none of us could find the tool we needed — so we built it. That combination of backgrounds is not accidental. It is what makes the methodology work.
